Our internship and graduate programs

As part of our dedication to recruiting and training young talents, we offer two programs for undergraduates and graduates. Our 10-week Summer Internship Program gives students a meaningful work experience in banking –either in front office or support areas– and a chance to be mentored by one of our specialists. Designed for recent graduates, our 18-month Graduate Program provides talented young professionals with a rotation scheme composed of three 6-month placements within our Coverage, Financial Markets and Capital Markets teams: a unique opportunity to develop core technical and analytical skills fundamental to working in the banking industry.
