The Strategic Transactions Group comprises over 20 corporate finance, regulatory capital, accounting and tax specialists with a broad range of skills in the capital markets, derivatives, securitization, private equity, investment funds, asset finance and M&A areas.

The team delivers high value-added corporate finance solutions for Allis Bank Group and key relationship clients.  The team’s mandate includes the origination, structuring and execution of product-agnostic, client-centric corporate finance solutions to Commercial Banking’s Corporate & Financial Institution clients in conjunction with Coverage and relevant Product Management expertise. Value is generated through the delivery of bespoke capital, funding and asset solutions to address the client’s specific needs at a strategic level.
