Debt Capital Markets
The Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team originates and underwrites debt securities. The team provides funding solutions for its investment grade and high yield customers including market intelligence, financing terms and execution recommendations.
DCM works in close coordination with our relationship managers as well as the other product partners in identifying successful opportunities for our financial institution and corporate clients. We leverage our strong Asia franchise to advise our customers on accessing the Sterling and Euro market.
The team focuses on providing debt financing solutions for primarily investment grade clients and is involved in the following fixed-income products:
- Fixed-Rate and Floating-Rate Senior Debt
- Subordinated Debt
- Preferred and Hybrid Securities
- Convertible Debt (through a third-party referral agreement)
